Proper scheduling can make the vital difference between success and failure of a project. DC&F Corp. uses cutting-edge CPM (critical path method) scheduling to track and monitor every stage of the process, keeping a tight control on materials, cost, time and budget.
Industry standard monthly hard cost to complete reports are provided to owners and if required to financial monitors. Direct site costs through careful accumulation of site generated paperwork are matched with the subsequent invoice from suppliers.
