OVERVIEW

This first phase of a two phase project, comprises a modern 6-storey mid-rise residential condo building in the heart of downtown Kitchener, featuring 132 condominium suites. The building is surrounded by a multitude of residential and commercial properties demanding tight working conditions and heightened awareness of neighbours. To overcome these challenges, we established positive relationships with local businesses and residents thereby circumventing potential obstacles and achieving project success with minimal delays. We successfully implemented a dewatering program to construct the 2-storey underground parking garage and over 40,000 ft of geothermal piping.
