Our initial tender period begins after the preconstruction phase where we obtain a minimum of three quotations for each trade discipline. All bids are reviewed through comparative tender analysis and a recommendation is presented to the owner for the award of contract.
Our office staff is fully experienced in all facets of contract administration including the preparation of all fixed price contracts necessary for financing purposes. Due attention is paid to monthly draws, processing of invoices, trade contracts, purchase orders, and more.
DC&F Corp’s site superintendent and support staff ensure that the site office is run in an orderly and efficient manner. They deal with numerous local and federal regulations, as well as coordinate with workers, contractors, architects, subcontractors, developers and engineers.
